In the whirlwind of daily life, finding moments of calm can often feel like a distant dream. However, listening is one simple and effective way to invite tranquillity into your routine. Creating or tuning into a relaxation playlist, music, or podcasts can be transformative in managing anxiety and stress.
Music is a personal preference so you won't find any suggestions from me, besides not sure my music taste is the best.
I will however include a some podcasts that come recommended to tune in to help your anxiety.
