Day 15: Embracing Cognitive Restructuring for Anxiety

In our journey to understand and manage anxiety, it becomes crucial to address not just our actions but also our thoughts. As we begin week 3 of our exploration, we focus on a powerful technique known as cognitive restructuring, otherwise known as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - an evidence-based method to challenge and change negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety.
