Day 31 (Bonus): Understanding the Signs

As a bonus, I wanted to include something that might help you help others for the new year.

Anxiety in others can manifest in various ways, often subtle and sometimes mistaken for other emotions or states. Being able to recognise these signs is crucial in offering support and understanding.

Anxiety can be difficult to spot, and it can be hard to understand when someone puts on a smile and says, "It's fine". It can be challenging to know when someone is suffering from anxiety or not; however, noticing a change in someone's behaviour or withdrawal is a sign they may be struggling.
