Each day, I will delve into a specific aspect of Anxiety. From its psychological roots to physical manifestations, from personal anecdotes to professional insights, this series aims to provide a comprehensive understanding that demystifies Anxiety and empowers us with knowledge.

This time of year is tough for people with Anxiety. The dark winter months often bring about health and social Anxiety. The shorter days and longer nights can make managing these feelings harder, leading to more stress and worry during this season, which is why I have curated this mini-series.
